1. Content Ownership: You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, and services (collectively the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use by Vanguard Tactics (the “Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers. No Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company.
2. Copyright: All Content is copyrighted unless otherwise noted. Unauthorized use of Content may violate copyright, trademark, and proprietary rights.

4. Accuracy of Information: While the Company uses reasonable efforts to include accurate information, it makes no warranties as to its accuracy and assumes no liability for errors or omissions.
5. Electronic Notices: By registering, you expressly consent to receive all notices, agreements, and disclosures from the Company electronically via email.
6. Submissions: Any comments or suggestions sent to the Company shall become the sole property of the Company. The Company shall be entitled to unrestricted use and dissemination of such submissions without compensation to you.
7. Data Security: We use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to data. However, you acknowledge that no system is entirely impenetrable and use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Privacy: Your use of the Site is subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is designed to be compliant with data protection regulations including UK GDPR.
9. Limitation of Liability: (a) Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law. (b) Subject to clause 9(a), the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to the Site. All content is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services & Refunds: The Company is not responsible for performance problems caused by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Refunds are governed by the Company’s Refund Policy. In accordance with applicable consumer law, access to digital content usually waives the 14-day cancellation right once performance has begun. Refunds after 30 days will be refused.
11. Automatic Course Upgrades: Any purchase made within 6 months of a new edition release will be automatically upgraded to the most relevant like-for-like course.
12. Liability Cap: In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Site.
13. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any liabilities, claims, and expenses arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your conduct in connection with the Site.
14. Third Party Rights: Pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, no person who is not a party to these Terms shall have any right to enforce any part of them.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
16. Revisions: These Terms may be revised at any time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should periodically review this page.
